Notice the reference mark on the bridle line, it is directly in the center of the knot on the adjustable line leading from the nose of the kite to the center spar. If your kite does not have a mark on the bridle, place one on there with a permanent marker for reference BEFORE you do any adjustments. Some kites will have the lower adjustable bridle run to the center of the kite, others will run to the wing tip. The line that is not adjustable is usually attached with a larks head and can be slid towards the flying line to get it out of the way while you perform your adjustment.
