    Manta Replacement Boom Fork

Keep your Manta Landsailor sailing like it was designed with these authentic Manta replacement parts.

This replacement Boom Fork will fit both Windjammer and Twinjammer sailors.   Made from high strength glass reinforced ABS plastic.   Boom forks are specifically designed to give way under extreme amounts of force, usually caused when the sail boom slams over from one side to the other during hard turns.   This helps eliminate permanent damage to your more expensive boom, mast, sail or all of the above.   It is a good idea to have two or three of these forks available when teaching new sailors how to sail.

To reduce possible damage to your boom fork, always keep your sail sheeted in during turns.   This reduced the amount of swing the boom will have during a turn and greatly reduces the possibility of damage to your fork, boom, sail and mast.

Boom Forks will need to be drilled once installed onto your boom.   This will insure a perfect fit between your fork and your boom regardless of what year your sailor was produced.   This is very simple to do, just install the fork onto your boom, snap the fork onto your mast and align the fork so that your boom sits correctly.   Drill through the stub insert of the boom fork through the existing boom hole, install the bolt and you are done.
