These replacement downtubes are designed for a perfect fit with no modifications needed at all.   Each downtube comes complete, ready to install with pre-drilled adjustment holes, headstock bearings and mushroom spacers.

The standard downtube is designed for the Comp ST, Comp XR+ and Folding XR+ buggies.   the kinked downtube is designed to lower your center of gravity on the Bigfoot XR+ buggy.   Even though the kinked downtube is designed for the Big Foot buggy, it can also be used on the Comp XR+ and Folding XR+ buggy for a personalized configuration.

For taller riders who need a little more length, Peter Lynn makes a special "long" downtube for the Comp XR+ and Folding XR+ buggies.   This downtube is the same dimension as the normal downtube but with approximately 3 more inches of length.   If you find that you are slightly cramped in your buggy and have it adjusted to its fullest length, the Long downtube is exactly what you need.

If you are not sure which downtube is the correct downtube for your buggy, you can usually tell the model from the size of the rear axle bolts.   If your rear axle bolts are the smaller 12 mm bolts then you probably have the Comp ST Buggy.   The 12mm rear axle bolts will have the same size bearings in the rear as the front axle.   If your buggy has larger bearings in the rear than in the front fork and has the 20mm rear axles then you have the Comp XR+ buggy.   The Big Foot buggy uses the large Big Foot tires and uses the kinked downtube although the Comp XR+ downtube can also be used for custom applications.
